At this time of the year we seem to stop and reflex on what we are thankful for in our lives. We thank our family. We thank our friends and loved ones. We even thank our work associates. The interesting thing is some people just are thankful for being alive. This man is one of those people. I admire his strength along with how humble he is towards life in general. I think we may all be able to take a lesson from Emanuel Kelly.

I was going through my Sunday music blog and found this post from last August.  It bear repeating.  This is what I think the most thankful person in the world would say.  Way to go Emanuel Kelly.

It touches my heart. I don’t think I would be as strong as him if I were in his shoes.  But then I wasn’t born in a shoe box either.
