What Are They Saying About Redwood City?

Redwood City, CA: Today I looked at the numbers on all the homes in Redwood City. There is now 283 homes for sale in Redwood City. Rounding the numbers up, 53% of all homes for sale are active, and waiting for a buyer. That means 47% of all homes on the market now have offers on them and are just waiting for all their contingencies to be removed and their loans funded by their respective lenders.

This is really good news as it shows homes are still selling in Redwood City. And why not? It is a wonderful place to live and there’s exciting things to do like going to the Redwood City’s 4th of July Parade or Concerts In The Parks.

As a side note, I looked at the last 7 days of activity and Redwood City had 22 new homes listed for sale (7.77%), and 13 homes, which sold by closing their escrow (4.59%). What does that mean? Well from my prospective it looks like we are still in a buyer’s market and there are still good values to be had out there by those who want to own their home.
